Founded Quini in 2016 as I am very passionate about making plant based and more environmentally friendly food availiable in Norway. We launched our first and only product range in august 2017.
While there have been two owners of Quini, I have done all the work alone. Product development, getting funding, packagin, design, quality control, accounting, sales, marketing etc.
Previously, I used to work as a consultant and IT project manager for large banks and financial institutions.
In my spare time I am into surfing, yoga, snowboarding, skiing and most of all: my family! ."
