*Act as a liaison between Wholesale, DTC, Product Management and Finance teams to ensure that the account have most current data needed to operate efficiently
* Identify areas of collaboration among all sales channels on product assortments to execute new and expanded offerings
* Manage the communication with licensed partners and product teams to ensure that all parties are fully informed as to the evolving production process and calendar.
*Develop process and procedure in partnership with Retail and Operations departments.
*Works with Sales Team to ensure elements of retail stores are addressed such as product flow, replenishment, new product category introductions etc
*Ensure merchandising around key stories is aligned to the seasonal strategy
*Identify areas of opportunity for improved process across all merchandising and reporting functions
*Responsible for ensuring all ordering tools, including but not limited to linesheets, costing, and calendars are provided to licensed partners on a timely basis
*Create and maintain booking/forecast recaps to have always up to date snapshots of the FCBarcelona account
*Analyze, prepare and maintain financial forecasts for sales, royalty, and production and create and Maintain a functional sales reporting system. This includes but is not limited to monthly sales reporting in dollars and units, quarterly forecasting, best seller reporting, store performance metrics.Attend & Assist in preparation for bi-annual sales.
*Work with Director of Retail and Regional Managers to acquire and synthesize monthly sales information as well updated sales & inventory plans.
*Manage regional product testing processes – align all involved parties, Product Management, Quality, Sourcing to ensure highest pass rate and complete, accurate & timely testing results
*Manage and direct employees involved in the buying and Merchandising aspects of a FCBarcelona business unit at Nike
