I am a 21 year-old computer engineer recently graduated from Bergen University College. I own a small web development company (Avexis DA) where we have developed a few small web applications. I find working in teams where the members try to be as open-minded as possible very pleasing - every idea might not be golden, but it is nice to discuss different possibilities before a choice is made.
