Worked directly with the founder and CEO with all aspects of running the business, including regular contact with customer base, creating marketing campaigns, writing email marketing campaigns using Campaign Monitor, and reporting on KPI’s. Great experience from starting something new in an international market within email technology.
Worked at the bank during breaks from school. Handled an average of 80-90 customer inquires/day over phone, email, and chat, and promoted banking products to optimize the customer experience. Learned a lot about how the most important financial institution in the region operates and functions.
