Safran delivers project management software to mostly oil & gas customers. Due to a slowdown on the consulent market, I focused on different in-house projects including: writing applications to the Norwegian R&D Agency, implementing quality procedures and practices as a part of the ISO 9001 certification and marketing of trainings.
REC Wafer was a daughter company of Oslo-listed REC Group, a major player withing solar energy with over 4200 employees. I was responsible for market intelligence of customers, competitors, suppliers and technology for the sales and business development team. I developed and updated a database with business intelligence. I lead or participated in many exciting business development projects within sales, costs, lean, operational excellence, customer service, marketing and company's postioning.
I developed a marketing concept for a new yoghurt packaging for a large yoghurt producer. I lead a team of 4 that was a second runner-up in Alcan's global competition for innovation in yoghurt packaging.
Alcan Packaging established a Council as a group of experts reponsible for intruducing sustainability to company's day-to-day business. I worked among others on integrating sustainability into Alcan Packaging's investement plans.
I was responsible for market analysis of customers, competitors, trends and business data. I worked developing with strategic plans for Alcan Packaging.
Alcan Packaging was world's second largest flexible packaging company with annual turnover in 2009 of +6m$, 130 factories and 30000 employees. Today Alcan Packaging is a part of Amcor. I worked in Alcan Packaging's global headquarters in Paris.
I helped prepre the final round of management competition - a training for Bayer's management and worked on training presentations.
I wrote economic reports on Poland and helped prepare visit of an official delegation.
As a part of a student team, I developed a portal of economic education of Polish central bank.
