• Co-running a global crash project about the improvement of customer’s experience on Orange Money carried out in collaboration with product managers, product engineers, legislative teams in the corporate level and local project managers in the AMEA countries. Output: Analysis and recommendations on the improvement of Orange Money customer’s experience in AMEA zone. • Analysed the content of a hundred of surveys on Orange Money, conducted by ‘customers testing centers’ in Africa, Middle East, Asia and Europe. Used the results to write a toolkit about customers’ expectations from Orange Money services, which is now used as a guideline for potential launches in 4 new markets (VOC). • Helped and assisted countries’ project managers to understand and deploy CX in the pre-launch of their new products Orange Money. • Designed and Accomplished customers journeys maps simplifying the features of Orange Money products and the customer interactions: customer contact, scenarios, supporting, assistance, terminating, the touch-points, satisfaction level. An output of 11 detailed journeys of customers experience on Orange Money. • Controlling centrally Orange Money (corporate): Analysed the impact of Orange Money websites by country on improving customer’s experience and wrote a referential of the FAQ about Orange Money services.
