As an Online Marketing Assistant I was mostly charged with creating content for our website, including weekly blog posts. I was active in planning and executing Shopbox's social media strategy, as well as working on SEO and SEM. I ensured the content on our website remained relevant and professional, and I contributed to our instructional videos, making Shopbox easy to understand for everyone.
While working at the Gebrauchtwarenhalle second-hand store in Lahr, I was in charge of the accounting for three stores, as well as quality assurance in regards to storing and keeping documents. I also assisted with merchandising the store and interacted with a wide variety of diverse customers, including refugees newly arrived to Germany.
