In my daily work, I handle technical issues for customer through phone calls and e-mail. I am also repsonsible for a group of technicians and some of our biggest clients, making sure that they get all information they need and that the are being taken care of from first contact to resolution. I also help the technicians to plan preventive maintanance, issues with the platform, create work orders etc. I am responsible for manual billing, problem solving though the SAP system, part order handling for all of the Nordics etc. I'm involved with several Cross Function groups within the nordics as well as on a european level. I also manage training and educational materal.
