I am a young management professional specializing in customer care and retention. I have years of experience in responsible positions that require me to absorb information quickly, exercise good judgment, and deliver high quality results within very specific time and budget constraints.
Since mid-2011 I have been working for Ten Group, an award-winning international lifestyle concierge, travel and support company where I quickly earned a reputation for efficiency, and versatility. As a result, I have at different times been assigned to training and personal development of new employees, recruitment, and most recently leading our Corporate Benefits Team. Our highest priority was ensuring our clients were always receiving a personalized and bespoke level of customer service.
I have also traveled extensively for Ten Group, expanding their international client and supplier base; including periods working remotely in Barcelona, Spain, and Washington D.C. I handle travel well and in fact spent much of 2014 and 2015 in Southeast Asia working on developing new Ten Group locations in Singapore and Hong Kong SAR, serving as acting Team Leader.
