My duties included: • Marketing Qatar as a tourist destination to the airline's passengers. • Facilitating the Stopover project. • Managing the "Doha city tours project" sponsored by the Qatar Tourism Authority.
Delivering five-star service to customers at the airport terminal by helping to create a stress-free environment for them whilst travelling with Qatar Airways. This included constant liaison with the check-in desks and boarding gates, and attending to customers' complaints and feedback at the Transfer desk, such as flight delays and disruptions.
