I am an energetic, resourceful, and goal oriented professional with 13 years of sales, business development, and management experience through a variety of industries with a high level of success through customized CRM systems and a genuine interest in understanding what clients and employees/staff require.  Over the past 7 years I have advised and represented clients (US and international clients) with their lease, purchase, and sale of real estate investments. For half this time I have also recruited, trained, and mentored new agents, to which I distribute my ongoing client business portfolio.  Specialty consulting and project management are also part of my skill sets. 

I feel accomplished when I have helped a person or group achieve their goals within the scope of business, and personally.  I feel most fulfilled when my work contributes to the helping of people via Social Enterprise . I tend to be most content when I have the opportunity to work with varieties of people, projects, and can enjoy the synergy within the "company culture".
