A study on challenges of a fast tech startup growth and how to deal with these challenges.
Foundation Youth LineProject/Development Manager2013 - 2015
Full responsibility for fundraising (analysis, strategic planning, management, and implementation). Fundraising contained four major groups: partnerships with corporates/B2B sales, private donations, international foundations and government funding. Work included a lot of presentations, meetings, negotiating, marketing.
I worked as a freelancer - it was a hobby/an additional job. I was responsible for the attraction, recruitment, training, planning, and coordination of volunteers in the major business and running events in Lithuania/region. Managed up to 350 volunteers at one event. Worked with ~30 events.
