As a Recruitment Officer I have the overall responsibility to lead and manage recruitment processes for the Atlantic region across all functions / levels and departments both onshore and offshore. The Atlantic region covers Norway, UK and Africa.
Included in this responsibility;
Working closely with top management developing the recruitment strategy in accordance to budget and manning needs
Being the main point of contact for external recruitment agencies, branding material suppliers and recruitment events.
Provide support on Talent Management and lead recruitment processes for our corporate division
Employer branding, social media and internal communication
Develop interview strategies based on performance ,- and behavioral based interviewing techniques
Key stakeholder management A global blended master's degree focussed on analytical, strategic and operational corporate communication subjects.
