Media agencies can monitor and report on real time their collaborations with content creators / influencers and create insightful reports ready to share them with their collaborating brands or use them in their presentations. Brans can monitor their collaborating media agencies or their collaborating content creators and get full transparency over their spent budget. Both media agencies and brands can import their previous collaborations to check their validity by making new reports based on real data! My role as Head of Sales is to: - Use the CRM system to track progress of the Sales team - Generate and qualify sales leads - Cold calling sales leads and follow the sales process - Report to the CEO in a weekly and monthly basis - Motivation of Sales team
ZingyLand

ZingyLand is an award winning application with more than 130.000 downloads globally (iOs + Android) dedicated to families provided in 4 languages (en,gr,es,fr), offering an interactive platform with educational high quality e-books and games aiming to help kids learn new languages and get entertained and educated while using the application thinking they are playing. I worked for ZingyLand as Project Manager and I managed to: - Build a successful team of 30 employees - Monitor the team and Optimise to get better results and continuously build a better product - Helped in the definition of the scope, schedule and budget of the project in collaboration with the CEO - I managed the Content Management Systems (CMS) - I was successfully creating the feasible and detailed working plan for in-house team and external partners - I was reporting monthly to the stakeholders and CEO regarding the project progress - I was responsible for the creation of annual marketing roadmap to support the business objectives - I was responsible for the design and implementation of marketing campaigns using online tools and other channels - I was also managing the implementation and update of the social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, WeHurtIt, Website Updates) - I also did the research into global best practices and formulation of proposition for the creation of a user-friendly interface for the application and the website - I was briefing the external partners, reviewing and approving of the deliverables as per company standards and deadlines - I was supporting with a lot of success the PR activities - I was making sure that all the aims of the project are met based on quality standards - I was responsible also for the recruiting and monitoring of specialists and sub-contractors

Retail World SA is the leader retail company in Greece. I was managing the 1st Public Moments Awards (http://www.publicmoments.gr/). A contest for photographers and video producers (amateurs or professionals) with prizes. Main responsibilities : - Define the scope, schedule and budget the project - Create a feasible and detailed working plan for in-house team and external partners - Created the roadmap to support business objectives (development, marketing, instore, legal, design, publicity plan, social media and ceremony event) - Researched into global best practices and formulation of proposition for the creation of a user-friendly interface for the website - I was briefing the external partners, reviewing and approving their deliverables as per company standards and deadlines - Supported the PR activities with great success - I made sure that all the aims of the project are met based on quality standards - I did the MetaData Analysis to extract useful data for the company growth - I was also responsible for posting informative and marketing content on Public’s blog (blog.public.gr) using CMS, HTML, CSS, PHP, Photoshop and Google Tools
